Katie and the Giant Sunflower

Katie and the Giant Sunflower

This picture is meant to look a bit like a picture in a children’s book. One final Giant Sunflower photo, with a look of awe on my four-year-old granddaughter’s face. Katie had her little hands clasped over her heart and she was looking up in amazement. If I had the time, I would surely be writing a children’s storybook titled Katie and the Giant Sunflower. πŸ™‚

How fantastic it is that, in their early stages, all these beautiful flowers are perfectly packed into a bud!

What an adorable photo! It’s like Katie discovered a magic sunflower.

Great photo! If you send me a short plot outline, I’ll try to write a short story for you and Katie….I have lots of time, and it would be fun…. πŸ™‚ The pic reminds me of one I found somewhere, of a little girl about Katie’s age, only blond, standing in rapt attention as a little dragon the size of a small squirrel chats with her…. I’ll email it to you, it’s wonderful, and you captured the same sense of wonder….
